Are your roof inspections really free?
Yes. We inspect the roof by hand and by drone at no cost and with no obligation, and we send you the photos and video.
How much does a new roof cost?
It depends on size, pitch, layers to remove, decking repairs and materials. One recent complete roof replacement came in at $7,200. See our roof cost guide for what drives the price, then get an exact written price after a free inspection.
Shingle or metal: which is better?
Architectural shingles cost less up front and look great. Standing seam metal costs more but lasts far longer and needs less upkeep. We will price both if you want to compare.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Many homes are finished in a single day. Larger, steeper or more complex roofs can take two or more days.
Will you help with my insurance claim?
Yes. We document storm damage with drone photos and video and walk you through the claim. Read our insurance claims guide for the steps.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a licensed Tennessee Home Improvement Contractor (#13511), insured and bonded. You can verify the license at verify.tn.gov, and we will send a certificate of insurance on request.
Do I need to be home during the work?
No. We need access to the property and an outdoor outlet. We will text updates and send drone photos when we finish.
What about nails in my yard?
We run a magnet sweep over the yard and driveway and clean up before we leave.
Do you do repairs or only full replacements?
Both. If a repair will do the job, we will tell you.
Can you inspect my roof before I sell my house?
Yes. We can inspect before you list and email you a full report with photos of any areas of concern.

Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available on qualifying roofs so you can pay over time. Ask about monthly payment options when we send your estimate.
